IMPORTANT INFORMATION!

Thank you for choosing Talon Reglaze! As we discussed during your booking, there are a few tasks you will need to complete prior to our arrival. These tasks are vital in order for us to properly complete the job. Please refer to the instructions below:

  1. Our process requires we be the only contractor present the day the work is conducted. This is the only way to guarantee no interruption in water or electricity will occur. Just as importantly, it ensures dust and debris will not be kicked up unnecessarily which can find its way into your finish. If you cannot guarantee we will be the only contractors present, you must re-schedule a time when you can. Please understand it makes no difference if the contractor will be working in another area of the home. Additionally, our process should be the last step in any renovation project. If we arrive to find the walls gutted, or construction dust throughout the home, it will be difficult or impossible to ensure your finish won’t be compromised with debris. We require as sterile an environment as possible which is NOT conducive to arriving in the midst of a home renovation.
  2. All utilities must be functional the day we conduct the work. This includes electricity, central heat (not space heaters), running water and functioning drains.
  3. There can be no leaky faucets or valves. Leaks can be subtle, so please double check them carefully. Leaky valves will prevent us from conducting the work.
  4. All loose articles must be removed from the bathroom before we arrive.
  5. Toilets must be removed when refinishing wall or floor tile. Vanities must be removed if you’d like the wall tile finished behind them or if the bathroom space is tight.
  6. Toilets or vanities must be removed if they come within twelve (12) inches of the front of a bathub being refinished. This ensures we have proper access to all areas of the tub to conduct the work.
  7. Anything you remove from the bathroom should not be placed directly outside the bathroom but off to the sides or into another room. Our technicians need the space outside the bathroom to setup their equipment.
  8. Any pets should be confined until our technicians have completed their work. Excessive pet hair should be cleaned or vacuumed up. We love pets but they are naturally inquisitive and many times hairy! Curious, hairy pets, make for hairy, new finishes…with paw prints.

Should our technicians arrive to find that any one of the above have not been addressed or followed, they may be forced to leave the property without conducting the work or may conduct the work without providing a warranty. We thank you in advance for your understanding on these matters.
